Usually, goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
However, we also understand that there are unforeseeable circumstances that may arise.
Damaged and Defective Goods
All returns of manufacture defects of our goods requires to be made within 7 days of purchase.
The defect product will be sent to our technician staff for further review, and upon inspection
- Be sent for repairs, at no charge, at IINVICTOR’s service centre.
- If our technician deems that the defect is irreparable, we will issue a 1-for-1 item exchange.
If the damaged goods was caused by reasons aside from manufacture defects, such as: mishandling, misuse, wear and tear or abuse,
it unfortunately does not meet the conditions for exchange or returns.
We can, however, provide necessary repair services or recommend third party partners to assist your enquiry.

- Include receipt or invoice number for our reference
- Attach relevant pictures of defect(s) for our reference
Product needs to be in mint condition (aside from defect), and requires to be retained in its original package upon return. This includes tags, protective stickers, etc.
Return, Refunds and Cancellations
We reserves all right to refuse any returns, refunds, reimbursements, or exchange of goods if it does meet our eligibility conditions. Possible reasons may include: compromised fraudulent conditions, security, negligence and abuse, incorrect pricing, etc.
